The 3rd TeaM LTTA was held in Karditsa, Greece between October 3 and October 7, 2022. During the training, participants learned how the organization assists marginalized groups, in particular unemployed individuals, to acquire employability skills and find work as well as to develop a culture of lifelong learning. Each partner described the unemployment situation in their country and the measures taken to combat it. Participants enjoyed both the training and the additional cultural activities organized by the host to help them learn more about the Karditsa region and its culture.
